What a funny thing an “about me” page is. How do you sum up who you are and what you do in a paragraph? There are a few things that I know for sure. I am married to my best friend whom I met in St. Thomas on vacation! So I guess we have proven that summer love can last forever. We have four amazing kiddos together, which makes for a fun, crazy and most of the time very loud household! I started taking pictures with my point and shoot camera of my son and daughter twelve years ago and remember thinking I was an amazing photographer, LOL! But it wasn’t until my third son was born in 2003 that I really became serious about photography. I took a leap of faith and bought my first digital SLR camera. I was hooked. I still have moments where I step back and cannot believe that I do this for a living! I love photographing all ages, but admit I have a real place in my heart for newborns and high school seniors.

I just started drinking coffee at 36. I know, I know you thought I was 26 
I am VERY particular about how I drink my Coke and my favorite is ice cold out of a can, in a styrofoam cup (sorry mother earth) with crushed ice.
I am a daddy’s girl, always have been. My dad has been gone ten years now but I still laugh when I think about him.
I love people and can strike up converstation with anyone at any time. It’s a gift I have passed on to my daughter.
I am a total germaphobe! It’s bad. I have had to let a lot of things go since I am a mom and kids are just gross, but I swear I can feel germs on my skin!!
Two of my vertabrae are fused together in my neck. How is that for random?
My mom can do anything she sets her mind to. She rocks.
